How calculator events, quote requests, email early access, cookies, and privacy rights are handled.
Data we process
Calculator math runs locally. Privacy-limited funnel events contain the page, category, calculator ID, anonymous session ID, timestamp, device class, and referrer class. They exclude raw ZIP codes, project values, names, emails, phones, and custom text.
Saved project requests
If you intentionally submit a project request, HomeCostTotals stores the contact and project information in its first-party Cloudflare database under the consent shown beside the submit button. Contractor matching is not active, and saved requests are not currently sent or sold to contractors. If that changes, HomeCostTotals will identify the recipient and request any additional consent required before sharing. Email early access uses double opt-in when enabled.
Cookies and analytics
Non-essential analytics and advertising require consent. You can reopen privacy choices from the footer. Calculator and lead fields are masked from Microsoft Clarity.
Your rights
Residents covered by Quebec Law 25, GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting hello@homecosttotals.com. We verify requests before acting.
